Upon completion of a three year renovation/remodel project wrapping up in 2006, SCHC gained an additional 8700 square feet to our facility. Our emergency room space increased from 244 sf to over 2800 sf with two trauma rooms. A new obstetric ward with two OB suites was also part of our addition. A large physical therapy department, a fitness center (open to the public) were also included in the remodel/renovation.
Since 1950, Sedgwick County Health Center has been providing superior health care from obstetrics to nursing home care and everything in between. Spanning two states.
Health. Healing. Heritage. Sedgwick County Health Center!
